The weather is hot and cold. It felt like fine Singapore in the noon, but icy cold again in the night. We had lessons in the morning, and field trip to Singapore associated food company after lunch.
Lady Bird!! Never seen one before!! It's showing it's ass.
It died because the little kid squeeze it too hard while he was trying to pick it up.
It was a 50 minutes journey. The food company practice strict hygiene factors, greatly differ from what we have in Singapore. We were all told to go through 4 stages before officially entering the food factory.
1st: Wearing oversized lab coat, hair cover, face mask, and rubber boots.
2nd: Wash our hands with soap.
3rd: walk across the 'river' (seriously an area where they filled water above the ankle) to standidise the rubber boots.
4nd: Breast scan (*LOL*) and sticking up dust on the lab coat.
Do they even have such strict hygiene regulations in Singapore?! According to all the attachment students, we should know their internal culture, *hahas*.
4 of us walked out of the gigantic school and wandered on the streets to settle dinner. Kind of a wild thing to do in a foreign country. We came to their wet market, or was it their 'pasar malem'. None of their food was nice, except their Beijing roasted duck, shiok!!
He has wonderful painting skills. We were admiring his work of art from outside the window panel.
Mrs Ser and her hot sexy leopard pyjamas. She's all thrilled when we started taking picture, *hahas*!
This is what we were asked to watch outside the hostel in the middle of the night. Derrick and Preston lauched the 5 boxes of fire crackers and claimed the celebration of labour day! Singapore can never have that!
It's freaking not my day today!! First I got stains on my white pants, great thanks to Preston for his holy hands! I'm having a hard time trying to remove them, arghh~!! He got burnt by the orange gravy anyway but I don't care, my pants is way worthy!
Second, my camera fell and hit the ground, double arghh~!! It all happened in the same cursed eating house! The lid where the batteries were now are semi-opened. And what if my warranty only lasted 3 months? By the time I'm back it would be over. SHIT!!
It simply ruined my mood totally, despite it had already been ruined from all the assignments we have. Both my love items were damaged, *cries*!!
In the evening we had barberque for dinner! But first take a look at the condition of the pit. It was an instant laugh to me as I saw them catching fire on the charcoal. I was like, "What?! Here?! Like this?!", *hahas*!
Preston, the organiser behind the plan. He said we can never try doing this in Singapore, along the roadside of the school. And when whoever looked at us when they walked by, there he went "Kua si mi lan jiao!" (see what penis!). Super vulgar, but non understands, *LOL*!
Unhygenic pieces of meat! We had lamb stick (shiok), chicken stick, and sausages! 11RMB for each person.
I took really few photos today, all beacuse of the broken mood I had this afternoon. I got really disheartened when I ripped out my camara and saw the untight lid, *sigh*!Throughout the night, we were like crazy troop of Singaporean monkeys. It's like everyone knew about us almost entirely in the school. It sure leave a deep reminiscency for them. Preston even lauched the fire crackers in the middle of the road, *-.-*!Now, we had to delay our assignment a day backward again.
This was my lunch. A big plate of curry chicken rice. I couldn't finish it.
Back to lessons on the first day of the week. It's just another day of work like any other day in Singapore, except that the weather was still cold. The glaring sun shone strongly down at Dalian, for the first time we experienced warmth in the cold breeze. We love the sun!
After lunch, every SP students were asked to attend their briefing on the library cards that we recieved (it bloody cost 200RMB, but refundable). The presentation slides was computer operated it literally hypnotised me. I slept throughout the monotaneous talk, *smiles*. After the useless briefing yet another 'talk cock' lesson (as named by the guys) conducted by the local lecturer.
We went to play badminton upon the fine weather after lessons. Suddenly today it seemed like it was the badminton festival. There were pairs of players along most of the streets. It felt really great to get worked out in the cold weather! The wore shorts like aliens on the streets, seriously, *hahas*.
Supposed to have BBQ in the evening for dinner but the guys had yet to order the food. It was then postponed to tomorrow! We decided to carry on our street food heritage!
Nice fried chicken shreds, fried bananas, and fried pumpkins! But gross milky fried stuff.
I spent 100RMB for just today, wow!! That included the super cheap hoodie I'd bought, hydrating moisturiser for my chapped skin, loads of groceries, and fattening junk food! We were back in the hostel working on the assignments loaded. My connection was down again as usual, *frowns*.
Monkey loves liping's great banana infected by a big fat grey bacteria.
